Spend Time with Jesus

Keep the conversation with Jesus going. And growing. Get closer to God by regularly worshiping Him with others, by studying His teachings, talking to Him in prayer. Want to change your life? It right in God's Word.

Have a Friend, Be A Friend

Cultivate friendships that define "meaningful." Develop reciprocal relationships with people who will encourage you to become the person God meant you to be (and return the favor).

Invest in the World

Share God's love. Sometimes you're given the perfect opening to invite someone to church. Other times, you need to find common ground and cultivate it before you extend the invitation. Do whatever it takes to "open the door" for others.

Serve One Another

Help someone. It's that simple. Serve in the Square Mile, help in the nursery, tutor kids, brew the coffee; you choose. Make a habit of serving others; you'll be surprised by the good it does you.

Take the Next Step

What needs to change in your life? Maybe it's joining a small group. Dating your mate. Giving up the remote. Making that long overdue apology. Question is -- who are you when nobody's looking - and who do you want to be? To become that person you need to do the next right thing.

As passionate followers of Jesus Christ, we grow in our love for God, as demonstrated by:

  -- time spent with Him in consistent Bible reading,

  -- time spent in prayer,

  -- developing other spiritual disciplines such as Bible study, fasting, personal worship, and extended prayer times

  -- practicing faithful stewardship

  -- consistently seeking God's guidance in daily affairs,

  -- and by being committed to on-going growth and development.

As passionate followers of Jesus Christ, we grow in our love for others, as demonstrated:

  -- by developing relationships with others,

  -- by involvement in Life Groups,

  -- by accountability and care relationships, and

  -- by guiding/coaching others as they grow as followers of Jesus

  -- by identifying our spiritual gifts, talents, and skills,

  -- by discovering ways to use these gifts, and

  -- by developing relationships within the community and serving people, and

  -- by being able to share the story of God's love with those who do not know Christ.
